Why is there a minimum order amount?

Your Hippie Butler has always strived to bring you the best variety of quality products and first-class service possible. In an effort to extend that same respect toward Mother Earth, is launching an Eco-Friendly initiative to help reduce our carbon footprint. Starting on November 1, 2020, there will be a minimum order requirement of $20, excluding subscription boxes. This minimum order policy will allow your Hippie Butler to be more kind to the environment by minimizing the use of shipping materials such as cardboard, paper, plastic filler, and packing tape, plus reducing transportation emissions like fuel and exhaust used during shipping.

Are rolling papers or cones better?

It depends on your preference/rolling skills. Cones are quick and easy to fill; super convenient. Rolling your own is considered an art and can be an enjoyable pastime, but it does in fact, take some time. Remember, practice makes perfect!

Should I get a glass pipe or a silicone pipe?

Why not both!? Variety is the spice of life. Glass provides better flavor but silicone can calm the accident-prone smoker’s nerves knowing their piece is safe from their clumsiness. Check out this article to weigh the pros and cons of each style for yourself!

I am fairly new to smoking. How do I know which glass to choose?

You may want to keep it simple and stick with a spoon pipe until you become comfortable with loading glass pieces. The next step up would likely be a bubbler. How do I clean a grinder?

No one likes a dirty or moldy grinder that will get in the way of the good stuff so we provided our amazing customers with an awesome tutorial to teach you how to clean your grinder.

My hemp wraps are dry, what do I do?

In case of this very unfortunate event there is some options. You could buy one of our awesome RAW Hydrostones or you can follow these simple directions below;
You will first want to dampen 2 paper towels. Then place the wrap in between the towels. This gives the wraps wetness on both sides. You will then hold the wrap flat in your hand. Once you have the wrap in your hand you will need to blow warm air until the paper loosens from the wrap. Now it’s time to get extra fancy you will need to apply a SMALL layer of honey for extra moisture!

My Hippie Butler package arrived but my glass is broken. Can I get a replacement?

Don’t fret! The Hippie Butler feels for you and is happy to help. Please send a photo of the damaged item along with your packing slip to our support team.

What do I do if something is defective?

If you suspect you received a defective item, contact support through email or call us so we can try to troubleshoot the issue. If your item is determined to be defective we would be happy to send a replacement.

How does the Hippie Butler subscription service work?

First you will choose the box that fits your needs: The Rollers Club Box, The Butler Box, or The Masters Club Box. After you set your preferences, your order will be set to process on the same date every month. You are able to change the frequency for which you will receive the boxes. Just let us know how often you want to get boxes and your Hippie Butler will adjust your subscription for you.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. We do not accept items that have been used. For more questions please look at our Shipping and Return Policy.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States & Canada. You may also want to take a look at our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Is shipping really discreet? I don’t want everyone to know what kind of items I purchased.

We understand the need for stealth and our packaging considers your privacy a top priority. Our packages come in plain, unmarked boxes or mailer bags. The return address shows as “” so there is no indication of what is inside.

How soon will I get my Hippie Butler order?

We ship orders Monday-Friday and usually ship orders within 3-5 business days within those days. Orders do not get shipped out on the weekends. Example: if you place your order on a Friday afternoon, it will go out the following Monday or Tuesday. During busier shipping times, please allow for one extra day of processing time.

Our monthly subscription boxes do not start shipping until at least the 15th of each month.

How can I track my Hippie Butler order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please be sure to check spam/junk folders as our emails sometimes get stuck there. Adding Hippie Butler to your address book will help with this issue.

What if something is missing in my package?

If you just so happen to have missing items, please contact customer support by email or phone so we can resolve your issue. Email us with your order number and missing items.

My Hippie Butler package shows it was delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Your first plan of attack is to check with your neighbors, building managers, and other folks in the vicinity to see if they may have picked up the package.
If the shipping address that you provided is accurate and you’re not able to hunt down the package, you should first try talking to your local post office or FedEx location to see if they might have it.
If that is not successful please contact customer support for detailed instructions on how to file a claim and get a replacement.
