Here are some of the top-recipes that you can use with your Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser. We’ve even included a healthy option for the holistic eaters!


Mighty Fast PB & J Cups



Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mighty Fast coconut oil
  • 2 cups peanut butter powder

Preparation

After infusing coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. When coconut oil is cooled but still in a liquid state (not solid), pour into a measuring cup with a spout, add in peanut butter powder 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well, until peanut butter is smooth and slightly runny (the consistency of pancake batter).

Grease a mini or regular sized muffin tin on the bottoms and sides. Gently pour a small amount into the bottoms of the tins about 1/4 of the way up. Carefully place the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Remove from freezer and drop a teaspoon of jelly on top of the frozen PB bottoms. Gently pour remaining peanut butter over jelly covering entire peanut butter cup.

Place back in the freezer for 1/2 hour or until peanut butter and jelly cups are solid. Gently pry out of muffin tins with a toothpick and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator as they will melt at room temperature.


Mighty Fast Marshmallow Treats



Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Mighty Fast butter or coconut oil
  • 5-6 cups of your favorite cereal (rice or anything puffed will work)
  • 10-ounce bag of marshmallows (3-4 cups)

Preparation

Glass baking dish greased lightly with a few teaspoons of butter or oil. After infusing butter or oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool.

In a large pan over medium heat, warm Mighty Fast butter or oil. Add in marshmallows and mix carefully until all of the marshmallows are melted and combined with the butter or oil.

Turn off heat and continue to mix as cereal is gently poured into marshmallow mixture. Working quickly making sure all is combined, place cereal mixture into a greased baking dish such as a glass pyrex 13×9 or 8×8 for thicker treats. Gently press mixture down before allowing to cool for at least 1/2 hour before eating.


Mighty Cold Brewed Coffee Latte



Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cinnamon stick and or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (coconut, almond, cashew, dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon melted Mighty Fast coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Preparation

After infusing coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside desired amount to cool.

Pour coffee grinds, cinnamon stick and or vanilla extract into a pitcher and add water. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator or at least 10-12 hours.

Strain grinds pouring the cold brewed coffee concentrate into another pitcher and discarding grinds and cinnamon stick.

Store coffee concentrate in the refrigerator in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks. Since coffee is concentrated, it is best to dilute with equal parts, water and or milk before serving.

Mighty Fast Cold Brewed: Place 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee concentrate, milk, coconut water and coconut oil in a blender. Pulse on high for 1-2 minutes. Pour into a tall glass with or without ice cubes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.


Mighty Grilled Cheese



Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Mighty Fast butter
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (sprouted, whole grain, gluten-free, etc)
  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, parmesan, etc)
  • 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices ripe tomato
  • 2 pieces cooked bacon (optional)

Preparation

After infusing butter in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a large pan, place 1 tablespoon butter and heat on low medium.

Place both pieces of bread down on the butter moving the bread around so the butter soaks into the bread. Flip both pieces of bread over adding the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.

Move bread around the pan so the other side is coated in butter. Place cheese slices onto each slice of bread. Allow cheese to melt onto both slices of bread before placing bacon, avocado and tomato on top of 1 slice of cheese then cover the sandwich with the 2nd slice of cheesy bread.

Press down lightly using a spatula then remove sandwich from heat. Serve immediately.


Mighty Fast Gummies



Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Mighty Fast tincture (alcohol or VG) or Mighty Fast sweetener (honey or agave)
  • 3 cups sweetened juice (any flavor except pineapple or citrus)
  • 6 tablespoons gelatin
  • Optional: 1 cup sugar for rolling gummies in

Preparation

After infusing VG, alcohol, honey or agave in Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool.

In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, warm juice to just prior to boiling. Do not boil juice.

Remove from heat and slowly whisk in gelatin mixing well so gelatin does not clump.

Mix in Mighty Fast tincture or sweetener. Allow mixture to rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully pour into silicone molds or into a large glass dish then place in refrigerator overnight. Gummies will harden and be ready by the next day.

Remove from mold or cut into desired shapes and roll in sugar. Store in Mighty Safe Vacuum Vault in refrigerator up to one month.


Mighty Bangin Broccoli and Garlic



Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch (organic) broccoli – stems included
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1-3 tablespoons Mighty Fast olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • Himalayan salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation

After infusing olive oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside 1-3 tablespoons to cool. Rinse broccoli and stems well. Dry broccoli and slice from the stems up into bite-sized pieces.

In a large saute pan over low-medium heat, warm olive oil. Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli and cook stirring frequently until well coated and bright green, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and carefully transfer to plate. Sprinkle with parmesan and season to taste.
